Nasim Aziz, a dedicated medical insurance, and his wife, Istianah Aziz, a compassionate nurse, always enjoyed giving back to their community. Their shared passion for care led them to establish Beloved Home Healthcare of the Carolinas (BHHC) in 2020. A Home Health Nurse Supervisor is a licensed Registered or Practical Nurse responsible for overseeing and coordinating non skilled care delivered to patients in their homes. This role involves managing and supporting a team of nurses and home health aides to ensure high-quality, compliant care. The supervisor conducts in-home visits, reviews and updates patient care plans, ensures adherence to state, federal, and agency regulations, and facilitates communication between staff, physicians, patients, and families. Additional duties include staff training, performance evaluations, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and electronic health records, are essential. A BSN and previous home health or supervisory experience are often preferred.
